Something a little different will be happening this year for my monthly goals. Some background is needed. When K and I lived together, we periodically created goals for our own improvement. So this year, K is going to join me on a monthly goal.
Our goals may not always be identical, but there will be a theme, some sort of consistency. For January, we are going to be just like all those other people who go to the gym (or some near relative thereof). We will each get in 25 workouts.
For my part, they will probably be mostly on a rowing machine, but may also include various outdoor activities. K has an underused membership at a yoga studio, but also a very busy schedule, so her workouts will probably be mostly yoga, but a combo of in-studio and at-home sessions.
